Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:


  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels are still attached.

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

Please note: Certain items such as earrings, intimate apparel, or custom-made products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Return Shipping


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, please contact us — we’ll arrange an exchange where stock is available.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Received a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologize — please email us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll resolve it quickly at no extra cost.
